This is a high-impact role for a licensed engineer who’s ready to take ownership of technical excellence, grow a Denver-based team, and collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic and integrated design firm. As the senior-most MEP professional in our Denver office, you’ll be shaping project delivery, guiding junior staff, and collaborating closely with our architecture, civil, and structural teams.\nLead MEP design and project management for commercial, residential, municipal, multi-family, and mixed-use projects\nServe as the technical lead on MEP systems designs\nOversee and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents\nMentor and supervise PE's, EITs, and junior engineers\nCoordinate with architects and other in-house disciplines for integrated project delivery\nContribute to QA/QC processes and the development of internal design standards\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s in Electrical or Architectural Engineering\nPE license required (Colorado or ability to obtain quickly)\n10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong design portfolio\nProficiency in MEP design software, primarily Revit\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nCommitment to quality design, team mentorship, and client satisfaction\nWhat We Offer:\nWe are targeting a base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, but this is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.\nMedical insurance, including an HSA option\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\nEmployer-paid life insurance\nSTD & LTD\nA minimum of 15 days PTO, and higher for more experienced employees\nAccident insurance\n401k match of 4%\nOne full day of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) annually\nRoth 401K option\nAnnual company ski day and summer picnic\nFlexible hours\nIn many cases, our roles can be worked in a hybrid capacity\nMonthly employee celebrations (with free lunch!)\nThe opportunity to touch every aspect of a project, from beginning to end\nFree snacks\nWeekly volleyball league in the Summer and bowling in the Winter\nCompany-owned bar in the parking lot of the Denver office\nRelaxed dress code\nEntrepreneurial mindset – If you have an idea, we want you to pursue it!\nOur Hiring Process:\nEVstudio prides itself on being efficient in its hiring process.
