Your role encompasses facets of project management, client communication, and technical expertise to facilitate a smooth transition and enable clients to realize the full value of the services or products provided. This is a senior-level position, and our ideal applicant has considerable professional experience in a project management role. You also need to have the proven capability to lead teams and manage multiple groups.\nJob Type: Full-time, Exempt\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nSolution with the client to develop processes and procedures to meet the customer use cases and requirements\nImplement complex systems and solutions in support of organizational objectives\nForm initial scope assessments, define work plans and roadmaps, and oversee groups executing implementation plans\nLiaise between departmental stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment of all systems implementation\nMonitor systems past roll out and create reports detailing insights and potential improvements for future initiatives\nCommunicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements\nWork closely with the development team to prioritize and advocate for customer needs and develop a roadmap for customer requirements\nCollect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve the implementation process and customer satisfaction\nAssist with the creation of support materials, such as user guides and FAQs, to aid clients in the transition to new systems or processes\nEngage with executive stakeholders and participate in steering committees\nLiaise between technical and non-technical teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions\nRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience (Preferred)\nRequired Skills:\nExtensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nExperience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality project delivery\nFull understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices\nStrong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum seven years experience in the IT field as a senior implementation manager to include interactions with customers, project management and development\nPreferred Experience\nJob experience in public safety, law enforcement, CAD, and/or RMS\nOther Requirements:\nLanguage:English\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and bonus program in an entrepreneurial environment\nExcellent health, dental, and vision insurance (70% company paid)\nUnlimited paid time off plan plus paid holidays\n401k with company matching\nEcoPass provided for Colorado-based employees\nSalary range: $110,000-$140,000/year\n\nAbout Kaseware:\nKaseware is a dynamic start-up company located in the Denver metro area.
