This requires close collaboration with engineers across disciplines to understand their workflows and deliver solutions that improve reliability and transparency.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability for reliability and quality.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex systems into clear explanations.\n\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nPrior experience in developer experience engineering, platform engineering, or CI/CD environments is highly desirable.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n3+ years of professional software or data engineering experienceStrong ability to turn ambiguous product or business questions into clear data solutions.\n\nStrong programming and data skills, including SQL and Python, and experience with large-scale data pipelines.\n\nExperience with data quality, validation, and large datasets.\n\nExperience writing and maintaining high-quality, well-tested code.\n\nKnowledge of data quality frameworks and validation techniques.\n\nKnowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.\n\nPay & Benefits\n\nAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $225,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\n\nApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
