About the Opportunity:The Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing and scheduling of resources within the Professional Services business across one or more technical practices. This role directly impacts the organization’s ability to meet project demands efficiently by managing the master schedule and providing enterprise-level reporting such as demand planning and forecasting. The position supports operational excellence and resource optimization to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.3. Responsibilities:• Independently source and schedule resources based on project timelines and required technical skills.• Manage the master calendar to maximize utilization, revenue, customer satisfaction, and enablement opportunities.• Respond to scheduling changes and adjust the calendar accordingly.• Interpret Statements of Work and supplemental sales information to determine resource needs.• Administer the central scheduling tool.• Identify outsourcing needs and coordinate with Partner Enablement to schedule subcontractors.• Author Work Orders for subcontractor resources.• Conduct weekly demand and capacity planning and advise business leaders on resource onboarding.• Provide regular utilization and delivery forecasts to business leaders.• Maintain understanding of roles and domain skills within the technical practice.• Update and maintain the engineering skills database.### 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• Minimum 5 years in project scheduling, analysis, or resource management within a Professional Services Organization, preferably in IT.• Experience with ERP and/or PSA systems.• Proficiency with project scheduling software.• Ability to independently analyze SOWs and project plans for resource allocation.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Experience working with senior leadership to align resources with organizational goals.• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.• Preferred: knowledge of NetSuite and Smartsheet.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Estimated pay range: $71,000—$80,000 USD.• Actual salary depends on location, experience, skills, performance, certifications, and business needs.• Some positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions.6.
