These roles bridge the gap between commercial deal teams and delivery execution, ensuring acquired or partnered projects meet IREN’s development, design, and operational standards.\n\nJob requirements\n7–10 years’ experience in renewable-energy or infrastructure project development, or engineering advisory.\nFamiliarity with M&A due diligence, project feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills across internal technical teams and external consultants.\nProficient in project planning tools and capable of managing multiple concurrent transactions.\nDegree in engineering, environmental science, project management, or related discipline\n\nJob responsibilities\nTechnical due diligence: Oversee technical, environmental, grid, and permitting diligence processes during M&A and project acquisition.\nCoordination of external consultants — Manage engineering, environmental, legal, and commercial advisors throughout diligence phases.\nInterface management — Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and commercial teams to assess development risk and value creation potential.\nExecution support — Assist in transaction documentation, closeout, and transition to IREN’s ongoing project development and delivery teams.\nProcess improvement — Develop best-practice frameworks for project diligence and handover documentation.\n\nJob benefits\nThe IREN Package\nAt IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs.
