Every week brings new adventures that help children build confidence, develop new skills, and create lifelong memories alongside their families.\nAs a member of our founding team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help launch something truly special in our community.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an energetic, experienced, and caring Program Manager to become an essential part of our founding leadership team.\nThis position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children but also enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and creating exceptional experiences for families.\nAs the owner's right-hand partner, you'll help oversee the day-to-day programming of the center while supporting our instructors, maintaining high-quality classes, and ensuring every family experiences the magic of Romp n' Roll.\nThe best part? Our nationally developed curriculum is already created for you. Every class includes professionally designed lesson plans, weekly themes, and detailed class outlines.
