This role is technical in nature and the ideal candidate would benefit from experience in an ever-evolving R&D team culture. This is a full-time position which offers comprehensive benefits. The candidate must be local to the Boise area to be able to work a 100% onsite standard work week with regular working hours.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:\nConduct manual and automated system-level performance testing of Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) to validate product functionality, reliability, and certification requirements.\nExecute testing activities in strict accordance with established processes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure certification compliance and data integrity.\nCollect and analyze diagnostic logs, collaborating with Lab Engineers to investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and performance-related issues.\nDocument, track, and manage product defects through Jira, providing detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence.\nRecord and maintain test results within performance certification databases, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of validation data.\nSupport printer lifecycle management by maintaining, configuring, and upgrading printer hardware, firmware, and test environments as required.\nAssist cross-functional engineering teams in defect triage, root-cause analysis, and verification of corrective actions to improve overall product quality and performance.\nFlexibility to support other labs and projects, as requested.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of HP family of Printers with a good understanding of HP printer features and functionality.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required with the ability to effectively communicate with varied levels of employees.\nAbility to work independently and with a team.\nAbility to quickly adapt to changing environments and situations.\nProven ability to multitask across projects.\nStrong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed directions.\nAt minimum, intermediate user knowledge and experience with PC's including Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Access with comfortability navigating and viewing web pages.\nMinimum educational level expectation is a high school diploma or has passed GED (General Educational Development) examinations.\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:\nBecause we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
