Account Manager

Krishnan Company is hiring an Account Manager that has functional knowledge of accounting and taxation processes, is results oriented with knowledge in various accounting principles and finance fundamentalsRequirements·        Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or a related field required·        CPA certification required·        Minimum two years of experience in Pubic Accounting·        Experience in QuickBooks Desktop and Online software required·        Able to speak at least one South Asian language such as Hindi is required·        Ability to work in a collaborative team environment·        Ability to manage multi-task deadlines·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·        Detail oriented·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook·        Ability to manage time and workload effectively with ability to shift focus and priorities on short noticeRoles and Responsibilities·        Maintain bookkeeping-related accounts and is responsible for the reconciliation and accuracy of one or more accounts within QuickBooks Desktop and Online·        Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close of books·        Review and complete annual financial statements to prepare client tax returns·        Preparation and review of federal and state income taxes for individuals, businesses, real estate, and exempt organizations·        Understand basics of foreign tax preparation·        Stay current on various tax rules and regulations·        Be conversant with all aspects of multi-state tax preparation·        Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business·        Manage multiple client accountsThis position offers a competitive salary with benefits and is a full-time position.
