Recognized as a Certified Great Place to Work, they are known for their strong company culture, community impact, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on exciting ground-up construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a reputable firm that values integrity, innovation, and work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, document control, and subcontractor management.Support construction planning, material/equipment deliveries, and RFI/submittal processes.Help maintain project schedules, track costs, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders.Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and assist with change orders and closeout documentation.Contribute to a safe, organized, and high-performing jobsite environment.Requirements2–5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role in commercial/ground-up construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam (or similar).Experience with educational, healthcare, or institutional projects is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.What Our Client OffersCompetitive base salary ($80k–$95k DOE)100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees (75% for family/domestic partners)Generous 401(k) with 6% match, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistanceRobust PTO, paid holidays, and parental leaveProfessional development opportunities and career growth in a supportive, high-performing cultureAdditional perks including wellness programs, team events, and moreJ-18808-Ljbffr
