Depending on the day, your responsibilities will include:\r\nCompetent in all conventional aspects of interior design with an emphasis on the technical implementation of the project design.\r\nPerforms work requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.\r\nAdapts standards and criteria to project requirements and possesses a diverse working knowledge of related disciplines.\r\nCoordinates and produces Contract Documents with support and direction from the Project Manager and other senior staff.\r\nBachelor's degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited program.\r\n3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design practice with a focus on construction documentation.\r\nKnowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards.\r\nProficiency in Revit and other design software and their application to Contract Documents.\r\nKnowledge of codes, consultant's coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural), and ability to successfully complete the permitting process with minimal aid and supervision.\r\nBasic knowledge of construction contract administration processes.Effective communication skills, conversational and written, for ongoing project collaboration and documentation.\r\nWorking knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plus.\r\nProficient in Rhino and Enscape preferred.\r\nWe value people who want to immerse themselves in creativity, collaboration, being at the forefront of innovation, and approach design inquisitively and thoughtfully.
