Customer Service Representative

EV Auto is looking for a Customer Success Rep at our Lehi, UT service center! This is a full-time, in person role. Join our growing team and help ensure every customer receives a 5 star experience! What You’ll Do Be the point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email. Coordinate customer service needs, follow up consistently, and manage interactions in our CRM. Field customer questions and concerns and make sure every customer feels heard and taken care of. Be confident, assertive, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Confident on the phone and excellent face to face communicator Positive, patient, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
