Travel Registered Nurse (RN)Endless Mountains Health Systems is seeking a travel registered nurse (RN) to join its seven-bed emergency department. This is a non-trauma, critical access hospital serving patients across the lifespan. This facility is open to first-time travelers with at least one year of experience.Location: Montrose, PAAssignment Length: 13 weeksStart Date: March 23, 2026Shift: NightsSchedule: *3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) *Opportunity for 4x12-hour night shifts, as scheduling permits *Weekends and holidays required *Orientation will take place during the first week (week of 3/23).
