Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) | Travel Contract Hiawatha, Iowa 8-Week Contract | 36 Hours Weekly Night Shift | 3x12s $1,640 Weekly Gross $15/hr Taxable Rate $1,100 Weekly Stipend $30/hr OT Rate Requirements Active LPN License Minimum 1 year of LTC experience Current BLS Certification Strong medication administration and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced LTC environment Job Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document resident condition changes Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately Complete accurate charting and documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards Preferred Qualifications Prior travel or agency experience preferred Experience working night shift in LTC/SNF settings Apply today for immediate consideration!
