The successful candidate will be responsible for\noverseeing all deployment opportunities, driving process improvement efforts, and ensuring\ncompliance with industry standards. Additionally, this role will involve developing strategies to\nmeasure and enhance operational success, as well as fostering engagement among our\ntechnical teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead all deployment opportunities within the NAMER region, ensuring timely and\nefficient execution.\n\nDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance deployment workflows and increase\noperational efficiency.\n\nConduct value stream mapping exercises to identify areas for optimization and\nstreamlining of processes.\n\nRevise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best\npractices and ensure compliance with industry standards.\n\nDocument and share best practices across all regions, facilitating knowledge sharing\nand consistency in operations.\n\nDevelop and implement metrics to measure the success of process improvement\nefforts and operational performance.\n\nConduct regular audits of deployment sites to ensure compliance with established\nstandards and procedures.\n\nCreate engagement strategies for technical teams, providing incentives and\nrecognition for meeting and exceeding SLAs/KPIs.\n\nCollaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and other stakeholders to align\noperations with company objectives and priorities.\n\nProvide leadership and mentorship to a team of deployment supervisors and project\ncoordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.\nQualifications:\n\nProven experience in operations management, preferably in an IT deployment or field\nservices environment.\n\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in a deployment leadership role.\nStrong understanding of IT deployment processes and best practices.\nExperience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nLeadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.\nExperience working with EOS reporting framework is a plus.\nReporting Structure: This position reports to the Service Delivery Manager and may have\ndirect reports including deployment supervisors and project coordinators.\n\nLocation: The position is based in Newark, CA Bay Area, with occasional travel to deployment\nsites within the NAMER region as needed.\n\nEOS IT Solutions is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
