The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer systems, and have a strong understanding of medical administrative processes.Duties:Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer phone calls and respond to emailsSchedule appointmentVerify patient information and update medical recordsCollect paymentsManage patient flow and ensure timely check-in and check-outAssist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the business, including laundry, restocking and inventory processesRequirements:Previous experience working in a medical or spa required Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (preferred)Strong knowledge of medical administrative processes and HIPAA regulationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentJoin our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist and contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical spa environment.
