More information to be provided during the interview process.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform various tests and inspections on construction materials\nWritten and electronic reports must be completed regularly\nVerbal communication with site and office personnel is required.\nFor more experienced personnel, some supervision and training of less-experienced staff is likely.\nAdhere to strict safety procedures and standards.\nMinimum of a high school diploma or GED required.\nNo prior experience required.\nMust have reliable transportation.\nValid driver’s license and current driver’s insurance.\nMust be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\nAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.\nRequires a basic logical understanding of smartphones.\nRequires logical approach to problem solving.\nThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.\nMust enjoy working outside.\nSpecific starting duties and responsibilities will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
