managing and reporting control issues with transparency.\r\nDesign, implement, and manage container orchestration platforms, particularly OpenShift and Kubernetes.\r\nDevelop and maintain Helm charts for packaging and deploying applications across various environments.\r\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines, including the use of deployment automation tools like Harness.\r\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for scalability, reliability, and ease of deployment.\r\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.\r\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications.\r\nImplement and enforce best practices for Kubernetes manifests, including resource optimization, health checks (Readiness and Liveness probes), graceful shutdowns, and Pod Disruption Budgets (PDBs).\r\nContribute to the logging, monitoring, and tracing strategies for applications running on container platforms.\r\nRecommended Qualifications\r\nExperience: 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java.\r\nSpring Ecosystem: Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.\r\nMicroservices Architecture: Expert-level understanding and practical application of Microservices Architecture and best practices, including design patterns and advanced concepts.\r\nData Access & Databases: Expert-level proficiency in Hibernate, JPA, relational (Oracle), and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including complex query optimization and schema design.\r\nCaching (Redis): Deep experience and proven expertise with Redis or equivalent for advanced caching strategies and performance optimization.\r\nMessaging/Event Streaming: Expert-level experience with Apache Kafka, including design, implementation, and optimization of producers, consumers, and stream processing applications.\r\nTesting Strategies: Proven expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Shift-Left testing strategies, and guiding teams in their application.\r\nTest Automation Tools/Frameworks: Expert-level hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, REST Assured, Cucumber, or Selenium, capable of mentoring others and setting best practices for test automation.\r\nApplication Performance: Strong understanding and practical experience in application performance, monitoring, and optimization techniques, including troubleshooting and tuning.\r\nProblem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead and resolve highly complex development challenges.\r\nProven experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.\r\nStrong expertise in container
