Our policy management platform and universal enforcement solutions enable centrally managed information security control policies across all applications, data, cloud services, and digital business processes.\nJob Responsibilities will include but not limited to:\nSystem Administration:\nMonitor server performance and availability.\nPerformance tuning of database systems, Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems and database applications.\nTroubleshoot issues and analyze system logs.\nEnsuring all hardware and software are updated.\nSetting up cybersecurity measures, ensure data security, access control, backup, and recovery procedures.\nDatabase Management:\nConfiguring servers and databases.\nManage and maintain all production and non-production databases.\nExtracting and/or loading data\nDesign, test, implement, and maintain databases across multiple platforms.\nPreserving data integrity, optimizing database access and allocating/reallocate resources for optimum configuration and performance.\nDevelop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability and minimize downtime.\nConfigure database parameters, responsible for backup and recovery.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with application developers, technical managers, and business analysts.\nCollaborate with team members to build out new systems and services.\nProblem Solving:\nFix outstanding issues promptly.\nDevelop new solutions to enhance system efficiency.\nRequired education, skills and experience include:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering, combined with 4+ years’ experience in related field.\nRelevant Database administration certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.\nA minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Linux and database administrator.\nHighly proficient with Linux and Unix-based systems, working knowledge of Microsoft OS is a plus.\nProficiency in SQL, including MS SQL, Oracle Database, Hadoop, or PostgreSQL.
