We manufacture standard, modified, and custom electrical enclosures and serve industries such as oil and gas exploration, energy, telecom, OEM equipment applications, and many more.\n\nJob Summary:\nThe painter will use a powder coating method to paint electrical assemblies, sub panels, and accessories by utilizing the proper sequence and work instructions to ensure quality results.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nOperate, troubleshoot and maintain assigned paint booth, gun, and related tools.\nMust change over booth or perform other necessary operations in support of the paint department and production schedules.\nReport defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME.\nMaintains the work area and and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\nPerforms prescribed preventative maintenance on paint equipment, as required\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nMust be able to wear a respirator\nMust be detailed orientated\nMust have the ability to use a hand held sprayer to properly coat materials\nAbility to follow established SOP's and Work Instructions\nMust be able to follow directions and work in a fast paced, team environment.\nAbility to stay self-motivated\nAbility to complete required paperwork\n\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrevious paint experience is required\nPrevious powder coat paint experience preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of standing\nMust be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.\n\nCompany Benefits:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nCompany Paid Life Insurance\nCompany Paid Short-Term Disability\nCompany Paid Long-Term Disability\n401K Match\nWeekly Pay\nPaid Holidays\nEmployee Referral Program\n\nSchaefer's Electrical Enclosures is an equal opportunity employer.
