In this role, you must be able to work independently or part of a team to support the analysis, design, implementation of the software to meet the company's goals. You will be expected to build business line relationships to compliment your technical skills.\r\nResponsibilitiesCode, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications.Test and integrate application components.\r\nInstall new releases of software.\r\nEnsure system improvements are successfully implemented.\r\nAnalyze and provide solutions to issues.\r\nProblem solving and debugging.\r\nProvide break-fix support using troubleshooting skills for on-call support.\r\nCode programs that interface with multiple applications.\r\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\r\nQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent combination or education, training or work experience\r\nOver 10 years development application support experience\r\nHigh energy with a \"take charge and \"make it happen\" attitude. Able to work with no supervision\r\nExtreme technical skills and the ability to teach others\r\nAbility to translate business requirements into product design and implementation as well as estimating work effort and determining completion dates\r\nAdvanced decision-making, problem solving and debugging skills with complex data systems\r\nDemonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions especially in time critical situations\r\nTime management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time\r\nAdvanced oral and written communication skills\r\nBe able to be involved heavily with multiple business segments and management\r\nSubject matter expert on the applications you support and completely understand how it impacts other applications\r\nSkills and ability to \"jump in\" to help other applications when needed\r\nTeam player who can work and lead multiple groups toward a common goal\r\nOver 7 years of banking experience preferred\r\nPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.Note:This is a brief description of this position and is not limited to those described herein.
