Role: AS400 Developer & SupportLocation: Renton, WA (4 Days Onsite)Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platformWrite and optimize programs using RPG (RPG III/IV, RPGLE, Free Format RPG)Design, query, and manage DB2 databasesProvide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting and resolving system issuesPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixesCollaborate with business and technical teams for requirement analysis and enhancementsSupport system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning initiativesEnsure documentation of processes, code changes, and support activitiesRequired Skills: Strong experience with AS400 (IBM i) systemsProficiency in RPG (RPGLE / Free Format RPG)Hands-on experience with DB2 database (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)Experience in application support and incident managementGood understanding of system integrations and batch processingStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsPowered by JazzHR
