We are currently searching for an Operations Analyst located in El Paso, TX.\nThe Operations Analyst will gather and interpret operational data and provide recommendations. Will focus on preparing data analytics, operational reporting, financial analysis of properties in the assigned region and other projects as requested. The Operations Analyst will also research issues which affect property operations, accounting and compliance. Performs a variety of tasks.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide mentoring to Community Managers of assigned communities.\nAdministrative duties to RVP and Portfolio Managers as assigned\nAssist in the coordination of all capital improvement programs for assigned communities.\nAssist in responding to resident issues. Follow through to ensure issues are resolved.\nAssist with vendor calls and visits as well as general vendor relationship management.\nEnsure that all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nPerforms audits on properties, as requested.\nAssesses properties considered for management and assists with the transitions, as requested.\nEnsure that Envolve policies and procedures are followed.\nAnalyze trends in revenue and accounts receivable. Review tenant ledgers for accuracy and make corrections or assist site teams with corrections weekly.\nCompose letters and memos, prepare spreadsheets.\nReceive resident related complaint calls and direct them to appropriate managers and assist with resolving issues.\nAssist other staff members with special assignments/projects as necessary.\nAssist with pre-close and financial statement reviews\nOther duties, as assigned.\nEducation and Work Experience Requirements:\nOne to three years property management or real estate experience preferred.\nYardi Software experience preferred\nHigh School Diploma required.\nSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:\nMust have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.\nSolid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)\nExperience with Onsite, Yardi and Or eSite preferred but not required\nStrong organizational and proofreading skills\nAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines.\nMust be able to manage confidential projects.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required.\nMust have ability to work independently.\nRate: $25.00-$27.00\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salaries and bonuses\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401(k) plan with employer match\nShort term disability\nLong term disability\nLife/AD&D\nPaid Time Off\n11 paid holidays\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCareer advancement opportunities\nTraining and Development\nEOE Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veterans\nBackground Screening and Drug Test Required.\nExperience\nRequired\n3 - 5 years: Property management or real estate experience.\nEducation\nRequired\nHigh School or better\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
