We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.\nJob Summary: This position will inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on various crane equipment including mobile cranes (All Terrain, Rough Terrain, Crawler Cranes, Boom Trucks, knuckle booms, bucket trucks, etc.). Mechanical experience required with electrical and hydraulics. It is part of this role’s responsibility to help grow the business by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of customer relationships and market presence. This is a summary description and therefore does not capture the entirety of the essential functions of the role. The candidate should ensure they have read and understand the scope, job functions, and physical requirements needed for this role.\nCandidates will be required to take a skill assessment as part of the interview/hiring process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nA minimum 2 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Mechanic/Technician that can operate and inspect cranes in order to diagnose defects\nDemonstrates working knowledge of CANBUS, PAT, EKS, ECOS, LICCON, and Greer systems\nExamines parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges\nReads and understands operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings\nTests mechanical, electronic, electrical and hydraulic products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper operation and compliance with OEM specifications\nPrepares for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness\nCapable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision\nMaintain conformity to safety requirements, manufacturer procedures, and other regulations\nProperly fills out working reports, hour’s reports, time sheets, hour’s overviews, work orders, and other company and customer paperwork in a timely and efficient manner\nMust complete expense reports in timely manner as dictated by the company policy\nExceptional customer service and communication skills\nAbility to work overtime as well as on weekends is a plus. Travel is required periodically for 1 to 4-day intervals for field techs.
