This role ensures efficient movement, storage, and shipment of products and materials within our distribution center. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality work.\nThis position operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.\nResponsibilities:\nLoad, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.\nUnload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.\nPull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped.\nEfficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.\nEnsure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.\nKeep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.\nFollow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.\nCoordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.\nPerform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.\nConduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team.\nFollow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.\nObserve all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSchedule: 3rd shift\nSunday – Thursday: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am\nHourly Rate\n$19.00/hr plus $2.00 shift differential\nA completed application is required for consideration.\nPlease complete each page of the application and click the green arrow to move through each section before submitting.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMust be able to operate sit-down forklift.\nMust be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).\nMust be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.\n\nReq Benefits: ID Logistics offers a generous benefits package for eligible associates to include 401K with match, Health, Vision, Dental and vacation and sick time, among other competitive benefits.
