You’ll be the hands-on expert ensuring that our smart charging stations stay connected, configured, and performing at their best.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nCommission and configure Loop EV charging stations, routers, antennas, and connectivity systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex networking and connectivity issues (Tier 2 support).\nExecute firmware updates (in-field and OTA) and document commissioning results.\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and Field Ops to validate new firmware and network deployments.\nSupport multi-site installations and manage SIM activations, data usage, and connectivity performance.\n\nWhat You Bring\nPrior EV-charging experience is required (EVSE commissioning, networking, or telecom integration).\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, OCPP, and common network configurations.\nHands-on experience with routers, switches, access points, and Ethernet/coax cabling.\nAbility to work independently in the field and collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams.\nKnowledge of Linux OS is a plus.\n\nWhy Join Loop\nGrow with a Top-5 EV Charging Network.
