Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nWe are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Ada facility. This position will oversee the manufacturing of leather footballs in a union environment and will be a key player in assisting in process improvements throughout the factory floor.\n\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :\n\nOversee Union Production Staff in adhering to established procedures and processes.\n\nAssist and participate in the hiring process of Union Production Staff.\n\nProvide consistent and regular feedback to team members pertaining to job performance, attendance, and compliance with Company policies and Union contract.\n\nCreate a culture of accountability, empowerment, and teamwork.\n\nAssure that production output meets established schedules.\n\nEvaluate current production processes and incorporate improved production efficiencies.\n\nAssure that all environmental and safety procedures are followed and update as necessary.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on supervisory experience managing a production line in a manufacturing environment. Degree preferred, but not required. Previous supervisory or management experience in a union environment is desired. This position is for first shift. The hours for first shift are Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm and Friday 6:00 am - 12:00 pm with overtime as needed.\n\nOther qualifications include:\n\nLean Manufacturing experience preferred.\n\nUnion experience a plus.\n\nA strong team player with positive and professional attitude and a strong bias for action to solve challenges.\n\nStrong multi‑tasking capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a high‑paced environment that embraces change.\n\nKnowledge and experience working Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)\n\nDetail oriented and extremely organized with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.\n\nWhat We’ll Provide\n\nWe offer a competitve wage and benefit package with best in class amenities and perks, including:\n\nMedical, dental and vision\n\n401k with company match\n\nLife insurance\n\nPaid maternity/paternity leave\n\nProfessional development opportunities\n\nDiscounts on Wilson and Amer Sports products\n\nAmer Sports is an equal opportunity employer.
