Actuarial Services Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Actuarial Services. Key Responsibilities Manage processes to measure performance of value-based/shared savings arrangements and communicate insights to stakeholders Oversee the development and application of IBNR estimates monthly Analyze profitability and monitor performance against forecasts, preparing analyses for shared savings settlement discussions Required Qualifications Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of health actuarial experience, with a preference for value-based reimbursement strategies Minimum of 2 years of Medicaid managed care experience Strong SQL skills and actuarial knowledge of best practices for evaluation and analytics
