Client Account Manager

Opportunity is available for a Client Account Manager position in Tucker, GA. Seeking a dedicated, career-minded business representative who will be the main point of contact between the company and the clients. This is an onsite full-time position only, part-time or remote working is not available. Responsibilities include generating customer estimates, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing general office duties. Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly Responsibilities: Learn our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software, CoreBridge, and be able to create estimates and orders Addressing customer needs and concerns, and providing a customer service experience Marketing products and services to clients, and generating revenue Working with clients to build long-term relationships Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit Gathering and analyzing client feedback to improve products and services Working with the internal team to meet client needs Respond to web requests Places phone calls and/or emails to follow up on estimates Assists in creating informative social media messages, managing posts, updates, and engagement on relevant sites Qualifications: Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred Sign or construction estimating experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Knowledge of the print/sign industry desired At least 2 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience desired Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently as well as with the group A team member who will bring input to help grow the business About Company Here is what you will gain as a member of the Image360 Tucker Team: Professional Industry Development Branded Company Attire Provided Paid Holidays, and Time Off Health Care Assistance Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations Team Lunches Paid Industry/Trade Training Travel may be required
