Join Our Team at All About Kids! Now Hiring: Related Service Providers for Preschool Caseloads Are you passionate about supporting young children's development and helping them thrive? All About Kids is seeking dedicated and compassionate Related Service Providers (Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists) to join our team and serve preschool-aged children on our dynamic caseloads. Compensation $60-$90 per hour Benefits Medical, dental, and vision with multiple plans available Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Voluntary Life Insurance Entertainment, travel, and product offers & discounts through Plum Benefits Caseloads customized to work with your geographic preferences to minimize travel time Work schedule flexibility Advanced and expedited electronic onboarding with access to your stored and safeguarded employee records as needed anytime Responsibilities Provide specialized related services (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy) to preschoolers Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child's needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate records Support inclusive classroom activities and promote functional skills Utilize a web-based platform for onboarding and delivery of services. Proficiently and professionally document services rendered on a timely basis. Complete ongoing communication assessments and review of existing data to review child’s progress. Participate in IEP/IFSP team meetings. Communicate and coach families regarding services and goals.
