Press Operator Trainee - 1st shift Entry Level
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Press Operator Trainee. This role offers comprehensive onsite training and an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the printing industry. Responsibilities
Learn and assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing press equipment.
Follow production procedures and ensure quality standards are met.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Monitor press performance and notify the trainer or lead operator of any mechanical issues.
Support team goals by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.
Participate actively in training sessions to expand technical skills and mechanical understanding.
1st Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7am - 3:30 pm, Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good vision and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Basic math knowledge and ability to follow measurements accurately.
Computer literacy with experience entering data into software systems.
Proven teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to lift between 30–60 lbs., approximately 40–60% of the time.
Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management
