We are looking for an experienced and responsible Programming Teacher to join our growing team.PositionWe are seeking a Part-Time Programming Teacher to teach Python, JavaScript, and Java to elementary, middle, and high school students.The ideal candidate has previous programming teaching or tutoring experience, strong coding skills, and enjoys helping students learn through hands-on exercises and projects.ResponsibilitiesTeach programming classes in Python, JavaScript, and JavaTeach students from beginner to intermediate/advanced levels based on experienceExplain programming concepts clearly and help students develop strong coding fundamentalsGuide students through hands-on coding exercises and projectsHelp students develop problem-solving, logical thinking, and debugging skillsAssign classwork and homework when appropriateTrack student progress and provide feedbackMaintain a supportive and engaging classroom environmentQualificationsStrong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and JavaPrevious programming teaching or tutoring experience requiredExperience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferredBachelor's degree or current college student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of programming fundamentals, including variables, loops, functions, arrays/lists, object-oriented programming, and debuggingAbility to explain technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly wayExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, patient, responsible, and passionate about teachingAuthorized to work in the United StatesWork LocationIn-person at our classroom in Johns Creek, GA.
