This role is part of the Website Management function within Sales and Marketing Operations and supports multiple DaySmart brands.\nJob Overview\nWe're hiring a Web Developer I with intermediate Webflow proficiency to own day-to-day website operations and focused front-end improvements across multiple DaySmart brand sites. You'll build and maintain responsive pages, reusable components, CMS structures, forms, and integrations; troubleshoot production issues; and take approved changes from staging through publish. This is a hands-on production role for someone who can work independently within established standards while partnering closely with the Senior AI & Website Manager.\nCollaboration Hours\nMust be located in CST or EST time zones to align with our core team collaboration hours\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and update responsive pages in Webflow using established classes, variables, components, component properties or slots, style guides, and brand standards.\nTranslate approved Figma designs into accurate Webflow layouts and independently troubleshoot behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.\nCreate and maintain CMS collections, fields, reference and multi-reference relationships, collection templates, filters, and conditional visibility.\nPublish landing pages, blog posts, and resource content; maintain redirects, internal links, page metadata, and on-page SEO.\nBuild appropriate Webflow interactions and animations while protecting usability, accessibility, and page performance.\nImplement and troubleshoot focused custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and approved third-party embeds when native Webflow capabilities are not sufficient.\nOptimize images and SVGs, write descriptive alt text, and apply accessible semantic and heading structures.\nTest across browsers and devices, follow QA checklists, and apply Core Web Vitals concepts (LCP, CLS, and INP) when resolving issues.\nEmbed and test Marketo or contact forms and support consent-aware analytics events, Google Tag Manager, and approved marketing integrations.\nManage changes through Webflow staging, review, and production publishing workflows, including backup restore points and documented recovery procedures.\nMaintain clear ticket updates, completion notes, process documentation, and knowledge-base articles\nWhat Success Looks Like Your First 90 Days\nFIRST 30 DAYS\nLearn our brands, website standards, and publishing processes.\nBecome familiar with assigned websites.\nBegin completing routine updates with guidance.\nDAYS 31-60\nIndependently manage content, CMS, form, and website updates.\nTroubleshoot routine issues across assigned websites.\nDocument key processes and recurring tasks.\nDAYS 61-90\nOwn day-to-day operations for assigned websites.\nManage testing, publishing, troubleshooting, and documentation.\nRecommend improvements to performance, accessibility, and workflows.\nRequired Skills\nTwo or more years of hands-on Webflow production experience, or equivalent work demonstrating intermediate proficiency.\nA portfolio or work samples showing polished responsive Webflow sites and the ability to work beyond basic page assembly.\nConfidence working in Webflow Designer and Navigator with scalable classes, variables, components, properties, slots, and responsive breakpoints.\nExperience creating and safely modifying CMS schemas, collection templates, dynamic lists, filters, conditional visibility, and reference fields.\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, plus basic JavaScript for troubleshooting, small enhancements, and third-party integrations.\nUnderstanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, semantic markup, accessibility, and web performance fundamentals.\nAbility to independently manage routine updates and troubleshooting while following established QA and publishing controls.\nStrong attention to detail, clear written communication, and consistent ticket and process documentation.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience building more advanced Webflow interactions and animations.\nFamiliarity with Webflow Localization, Enterprise environments, Workspace roles, or larger multi-site programs.\nExperience with Webflow APIs, automation platforms, or more complex custom-code integrations.\nExperience implementing designs from Figma and collaborating with designers on responsive behavior.\nFamiliarity with WordPress and Gutenberg-based content workflows.\nFamiliarity with Google Tag Manager, analytics events, tracking pixels, and consent-aware implementations.\nBasic understanding of technical SEO, structured content, redirects, and tools such as Google Search Console.\nFamiliarity with Git or another version-control workflow for custom code and shared assets.\nSalary Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year.\nPay is based on factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and internal equity.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and more!\n401k plan with company match on your contributions.\nOpen PTO and a generous paid holiday schedule.\nSupportive work environment with the flexibility to work where/how you want – in-office, remote, or hybrid.\nOpportunities to ensure you are always learning and growing.\nHow We Work\nThis will be a US based position supporting EST/CST office hours.
