Our culture is built upon three Key Values: Reputation, Attitude, and Persistence.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee DFH projects from detailing through closeout.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on, experienced PM who enjoys ownership, works well across teams, and keeps projects moving – on schedule, on budget, and to code – while maintaining strong customer relationships.\nYou will be the central point of coordination between sales, estimating, detailing, field teams, contractors, and customers.\nJob Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nGuide projects from kickoff to closeout\nBuild and maintain project schedules, budgets, scope, and trackers\nCoordinate submittals, change orders, material releases, and job details\nTrack costs, contracts, invoices, and risk items\nSolve problems proactively and remove roadblocks quickly, with excellent customer service\nField & Vendor Coordination\nPartner with field leadership, contractors, and suppliers\nConfirm materials, labor, inspections, and site access align with schedules\nVisit job sites to check progress, quality, and compliance\nCustomer & Team Communication\nServe as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution & closeout\nProvide clear, proactive and professional updates to customers and lead project meetings\nBuild long-term customer relationships through reliability, follow-through, and communication\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Estimating, Detailing & Purchasing\nDocumentation & Process\nMaintain and build project documentation including SOPs, schedules, and Gantt charts\nPrepare owner’s manuals, closeout packages, and final handoffs\nGather & use project data to improve processes and scale best practices\nContribute to training and mentoring team members as the business grows\nJob Qualifications\n5+ years of Project Management experience in Doors, Frames & Hardware\nStrong knowledge of DFH systems, hardware schedules, and security compliance\nExperience reviewing construction and project documents with a background in estimating and coordinating DFH projects\nProven experience managing subcontractors and suppliers within project requirements\nProficient with Microsoft Office, Zoho Apps, and custom project management software\nFamiliarity with PMI Waterfall and Agile concepts\nCore Competencies\nClear planning and organization across multiple DFH projects\nDirect, professional communication across customers and teams\nSound judgment under changing job conditions\nCustomer-focused mindset with consistent follow-through\nOwnership, reliability, and alignment with company values\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nOpening Technologies is an equal employment opportunity employer.
