Project Coordinator – AI/AN Victim Services Programs

Job Description:Organize comprehensive capacity building and compliance assistance to Alaska Native victim services programs Work closely to track progress and support grantees as they implement customized assistance plans Facilitate access to subject matter experts, peer‐to‐peer learning, and resources Provide guidance on leveraging technology to deliver services in rural and remote environments Develop partnerships and collaborate with regional assistance providers Provide logistical support for trainings including webinars, peer learning exchanges and communities of practice Assist with strategic planning Identify and share culturally responsive, trauma informed practices, resources, and approaches Requirements:Bachelors degree Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Alaska Native communities with victim services Located in Alaska U.S. citizenship is required by federal government contract Willingness to travel if required This position requires a Public Trust security clearance.
