Dispatcher

Job Functions Build professional rapport with the fleet and establish a mutual understanding of clients’ concerns and needs Dispatch customers’ orders to couriers Direct, professional communication with clients Continuous quality control in the processing and fulfillment of all customer orders from pick-up through delivery Follow up with issues from pickups and/or deliveries Review workload and ensure pickups occur properly Assist, train, and maintain driver fleet Basic Requirements Full-time including after-hours and weekends Working knowledge of major metropolitan areas Active listener with excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Run reports daily Ability to work well under pressure Understand time-sensitive needs of clients Proactively managing fleet of on-demand/scheduled drivers
