Use project management software to maintain detailed daily logs, documenting all site activities comprehensively.\r\nDistribute three-week lookahead schedules.\r\nUnsure compliant with local, state, and federal regulation and building codes\r\nSafety and Quality Control\r\nProactively manage job site safety and enforce Constructable's safety policies.\r\nMonitor construction quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.\r\nKeep daily job logs and conduct routine inspections to mitigate risks and delays.\r\nCommunication\r\nMaintain positive working relationship with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.\r\nPromote a respectful and inclusive job site culture that fosters teamwork and accountability.\r\nServe as a key liaison between field staff and office teams to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nHigh school diploma or GED.\r\nmust be willing to travel and work in remote locations for six weeks at a time.\r\nOSHA 10 & 30.\r\nExcellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.\r\nKnowledge of construction budgeting best practices.\r\nUnderstanding of safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.\r\nGood planning skills, design execution, resource allocation and contingencies.\r\nIn-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations.\r\nGreat problem solving and decision-making skills.\r\nEffective leadership abilities including, motivation, goal setting and conflict management.\r\nLifting and/or moving items of 50 pounds; more weight with a team lift.\r\nForward thinking and resource planning efficiency.\r\nPreferred\r\nAssociate or bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.\r\n10 + years in construction.\r\n3 + years as a traveling Superintendent experience preferred.\r\nCertified construction manager or certified professional constructor certificate preferred.\r\nCompensation and Benefits\r\nMultiple group health insurance options to fit your needs, with health and wellness coverage beginning on your first day\r\nVision and Dental Insurance\r\nLife insurance and long-term disability insurance\r\nPaid time off, plus nine paid holidays a year\r\n401(k) employer match up to 4% with no waiting period.
