Responsibilities:*\n\n* Lead and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on active jobsites.\n* Provide direction and support to in-house carpentry crews.\n* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade partners.\n* Maintain a consistent and professional presence on the jobsite.\n* Develop and maintain 4-week look-ahead schedules and plan upcoming work proactively.\n* Coordinate inspections, deliveries, material pickups, and other jobsite activities.\n* Identify potential scheduling, material, manpower, or construction issues before they become delays.\n* Communicate project progress, challenges, and field conditions with company leadership.\n* Monitor workmanship and maintain the company's standards for quality construction.\n* Maintain organized, clean, secure, and safe jobsites.\n* Verify that completed work is properly protected from damage and weather.\n* Ensure tools, equipment, materials, and jobsites are properly secured at the end of each workday.\n* Coordinate daily workflow between crews and subcontractors.\n* Help ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, project requirements, and accepted construction best practices.\n* Assist with problem-solving and field decisions as construction conditions change.\n* Maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, inspectors, and company personnel.\n* Represent Len Weeks Construction Design Development professionally on every jobsite.\n* Take ownership of the project rather than simply completing assigned tasks.\n* Perform
