Insurance may not be "sexy," but it's one of the largest global markets — and it's finally ripe for disruption thanks to AI.As a Founding Engineer, you'll help take Bind AI from 0 to 1, with the kind of scope and ownership typically expected from founders. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying major features end-to-end; building systems brokers can trust with real workflows and real money; shaping product roadmap, culture, and technical strategy; mentoring engineers and maintaining robust, reliable systems; tackling tough insurance + workflow challenges in close collaboration with the entire team; and supporting customers directly and helping us grow usage fast.Joining early means asymmetric upside.
