This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to work in the details, thrives on organization, and wants to see their ideas turn into real products in backyards across the country.You’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure every product delivers exceptional quality, value, and design. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate with strong analytical skills and a bias for action who’s ready to grow quickly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.RequirementsRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and modeling) and PowerPoint.AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in and ability to use AI tools to drive efficiency and identify new business opportunities.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to clearly communicate complex processes to both technical and creative teams. Attributes: A "self-starter" mindset with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams in an ambiguous environment.PreferredDemonstrated experience managing complex projects, deadlines, or independent workloads.Previous internship or project experience in consumer products, supply chain, or financial analysis.SummaryStrategic Market Development & AI Innovation Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive research to identify "white space" opportunities and untapped consumer needs in the outdoor living category.AI-Driven Discovery: Proactively utilize and explore AI tools to synthesize market data, automate research tasks, and identify emerging trends for the brand.Insights Management: Maintain a centralized research library of competitive intelligence and industry data to inform the product roadmap. Financial Analysis: Assist in identifying expansion areas through rigorous margin analysis and market feasibility studiesGlobal Project Coordination & Execution Manage end-to-end product launch timelines, ensuring all cross-functional milestones are met across Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Act as a daily liaison between US-based product teams and global partners, including China-based Engineering/CAD departments, to ensure technical accuracy and production readiness.Own the vital maintenance of project trackers, SKU management systems, and digital file organization to ensure data integrity.Business & Analytical SupportUtilize excel financial modeling to understand product margins, cost structures, and inventory impacts. Support the Product Director in preparing performance reports, P&L-driven recaps, and executive presentations. Manage critical product documentation, including packaging approvals, assembly instruction audits, and sample coordination.Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to ensure DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) readiness and translating consumer feedback into actionable product improvements.
