We are looking for first-shift candidates. Pay rate starts at $35.00/hour depending on skill level and experience.\r\nRequirements\r\nThe Setup Programmer completes setups for Conventional Lathes. Setup Programmers will have the equivalent experience of an advanced machine operator with the ability to maintain production on precision parts. They will maintain quality and safety standards; keep records; and maintain equipment. CNC Manufacturing is willing to provide training for select candidates. There is an opportunity for advancement in this position.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPull all necessary tooling for each job\r\nUpload and Download programs\r\nProve out jobs with the ability to change/adjust the program\r\nManual G-code programming\r\nCreate and update set up sheets\r\nSet work offsets\r\nIdentify, prepare, and load raw materials and work holding\r\nUse of all inspection equipment, including RAM, Comparator, and CMM\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area complying with all Safety and ISO standards\r\nOther duties as required\r\nQualifications & Skills\r\nProficient Machine Operator with 2-5 years CNC experience; understanding of common material types and coordinate system\r\nBasic understanding of GD&T required\r\nCAD/CAM experience preferred\r\nAbility to finish bringing any part into tolerance after set-up is complete\r\nUnderstand and edit G-code, M-code & programming experience, Mazatrol preferred\r\nAbility to remove and sharpen most tooling\r\nAbility to create inspection processes for all parts and qualify bench inspection equipment\r\nAbility to qualify part to blueprint\r\nPhysical Demands and Work Conditions\r\nStanding, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, visual acuity\r\nMoving, carrying, lifting objects in excess of 50 pounds\r\nStanding for extended periods of time\r\nCNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries, including dental, defense, and aerospace.\r\nThe 37,000 sq ft facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industrys most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment, enabling CNC Manufacturing to deliver precise parts within the tightest of tolerances.
