As a Technical Program Manager at Ajmera Infotech Inc., you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of SaaS products and solutions by managing cross-functional teams, resources, and project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject Planning and Execution:\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track.\nStakeholder Management:\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and QA, to ensure project goals and priorities are aligned.\n\nAct as a point of contact between different teams and communicate project progress to stakeholders.\nTechnical Expertise:\n\nUnderstand the technical aspects of the SaaS products and solutions to effectively manage project complexities.\n\nCollaborate with technical leads to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance when needed.\n\nResource Management:\n\nAllocate resources effectively and ensure that team members are working efficiently to achieve project goals.\n\nMonitor and manage dependencies between various project tasks and teams.\n\nQuality Assurance:\n\nImplement quality control processes to ensure software products meet the defined standards and customer requirements.\n\nWork with QA teams to identify and address defects and issues.\n\nDocumentation and Reporting:\n\nCreate and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.\n\nProvide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement:\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of project management methodologies.\n\nPromote best practices and standards within the organization.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is required.
