We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee our airport shuttle operations in Seattle, WA.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitors Operations for Compliance:\nSupervise road operations and staff to ensure on-time, safe, and consistent performance in compliance with client contracts, CBA, and company standards.\nEnsure shuttle drivers comply with all licenses, IDs, appearance, contact, schedule, and hygienic standards.\nRegularly ride buses to perform driver ride checks, review safety procedures, and ensure equipment is in place.\nPerform safety engagements and ensure operations run on schedule and meet requirements.\nTrack trip performance to ensure on-time performance, route adherence, and routine safety measures.\nRegularly visit all parking lots and garages to ensure operational and safety compliance.\nAnticipate and manage weather and crisis situations in coordination with the management team and weather/crisis plan.\nCoaches Subordinates:\nCounsel, coach, and supplement training for drivers, field operations supervisors, and dispatchers.\nPerform daily ride checks and safety engagements.\nRegularly inspect holding lots and all buses/vehicles to ensure proper parking, use of the Geotab tagging procedure, cleanliness, and vehicle shutdown when not in use.\nContinually observe and correct employee uniform and certification requirements, including proper wearing of airport security badges and carrying valid CDL and medical cards.\nQualifications:\nProven experience in managing transportation operations.\nStrong leadership and coaching skills.\nExcellent knowledge of compliance and safety standards.\nAbility to handle crisis situations effectively.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nExperience in supervising road operations and staff.\nFamiliarity with client contracts, CBA, and company standards.\nAbility to perform safety engagements and ensure operational compliance.\nProficiency in tracking trip performance and ensuring on-time performance.\nExperience in managing weather and crisis situations.\nSalary Range: The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000.\nBenefits:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) with company contribution\n5 days of sick time\n2 weeks of vacation to start\nThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
