Your work will directly impact the success of our clients and shape the future of multi-location marketing.\r\nMDG follows a hybrid work model of Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Boca Raton office. Our scheduled work hours are 9a-6p.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities:2-5 years of experience in front-end or WordPress development\r\nDevelops and maintains WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins\r\nTranslates design mockups into responsive HTML/CSS/JS\r\nCollaborates with team members to deliver development work on time\r\nCommunicates status updates and challenges to project stakeholders\r\nEnsures all work meets accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards\r\nActively participates in code reviews and team discussions\r\nFollows internal standards and best practices\r\nEager to learn new technologies and improve coding skills\r\nProvides support for troubleshooting and resolving bugs\r\nManages multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines\r\nOpen to feedback and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams\r\nRequirements:Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development\r\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\r\nExperience with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg is a plus\r\nBasic understanding of PHP and MySQL\r\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)\r\nUnderstanding of responsive design principles\r\nSome experience in SEO best practices and performance optimization\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\r\nAbility to take initiative and contribute ideas for improvements\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\r\nExperience with Laravel and/or NuxtJS is a huge plus\r\nBenefits:We offer competitive healthcare, dental, and vision plans along with several voluntary benefit extras.
