Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications:Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanorAbout Totalbond Veterinary Hospital at BethelThe team at TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel is here when your pet isn't feeling their best.
