Workers' Compensation Attorney

The United Firm, APC, is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our Los Angeles office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to engage in Civil Litigation cases focused on Personal Injury, providing an exciting pathway for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a team player eager to make contributions to our positive workflow.ResponsibilitiesOffer top notch expertise in advocating for clients throughout workers compensation proceedingsConduct comprehensive research into legal matters, skillfully analyze complex issues to develop strategic plans that effectively addresses clients' needsEngage fully in hearings, negotiate settlements, and build strong connections with clients to ensure positive outcomesCollaborate with other legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen clients' positions.QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years workers compensation experienceCurrent California State Bar License/Member in good standingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and attention to detail skillsSalary: $80,000 - $160,000 a yearHere at The United Firm, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
