We are a growing entity and we are offering an opportunity that can grow as you grow.\nJob Description:\nTake a project from plans to completed, inspected and approved installation, ready for interconnections with the utilities.\n・ Communicate with Project Manager daily, update job status and progress.\nExecute and facilitate clean electrical runs and roof layout.\nAssemble solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, install all relative equipment and set up solar monitoring system.\nMaintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety on job sites.\nCommunicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and concerns to the best of your knowledge.\nCoordinate with site supervisors and other trades people.\nView project plans and drawings and ensure that the project is built according to design and Electrical Code.\nRequirements:\nCalifornia drivers license with a clean driving record.\nFluent in English (Spanish speaking is a plus).\nPhysically able to lift >50 pounds.\nStrong sense of ethics.\nTeam player who will fit in well with coworkers.\nConstruction knowledge to include: roofing, electrical, and carpentry skills.\n3+ years solar or 5+ years electrical experience.\nGood communication skills.\nExperience supervising and facilitating others.\nExperience bending conduit.\nAvailable to work extended hours if need be.\nCommitment to safety.\nPositive work history and ability to maintain solid, punctual attendance.\nConstruction is inherently dangerous.
