In this role, you’ll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their needs and introduce telecommunications products and services that can support their day-to-day operations.\n\nThis is an *in-person B2B sales position* that combines relationship building, customer acquisition, and account support. You’ll receive hands-on training to develop your communication, sales, and business development skills.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n* Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers\n* Learn about each business's current needs and recommend appropriate products and services\n* Present telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, and business services\n* Build professional relationships with prospective and existing business customers\n* Explain product features, pricing, and service options clearly and accurately\n* Assist qualified customers through the sales and enrollment process\n* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity\n* Follow up with business customers as needed to provide a positive experience\n* Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training\n* Work toward individual and team sales goals\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n* Professional and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers\n* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn\n* Goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment\n* Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups\n* Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required\n* Ability to work in person and engage with businesses throughout the assigned market\n\nWhy JM5?\n\nAt JM5, we focus on developing strong sales professionals through hands-on experience, ongoing coaching, and practical training.
