You'll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both field and office collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.What you will do day-to-dayProject Planning & ExecutionPlan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivityManage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completionPrepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change ordersPrice, process, and track all project change orders; communicate adjustments to stakeholdersDevelop and implement quality control programs to ensure consistent standards across all projectsEnsure compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards—promoting a safe, injury-free work environment throughout all phases of the projectInvestigate and resolve incidents or delays, ensuring adherence to proper construction procedures and timelinesOversee all BIM activities in partnership with the BIM Coordinator to ensure successful detailing and coordinationManage activities during the warranty period to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any post-construction issuesSubcontractor & Team CoordinationReview job drawings and specifications to determine construction methods and scopeWork collaboratively with Foremen, Submittal Coordinators, and Purchasing for timely procurement of materials and equipmentCoordinate subcontractor documentation, work schedules, and materialsSupport vendor and subcontractor negotiations and help resolve worksite issuesEngage regularly with field personnel and project stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure alignmentClient Communication & ReportingServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the projectConduct regular site visits and facilitate updates on project progress, milestones, and key decisionsCollaborate with supervisory staff, design professionals, and clients to resolve work procedures, complaints, or construction challengesWhat you will bringPreferred: Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial constructionProficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operationsStrong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentationExcellent leadership, time management, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management softwareOSHA 10 or higherPosition requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
