[WEBTOON] Community Support Associate - Taiwanese-bilingual

You must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated. Bilingual in Taiwanese required. This is a part-time contract role, up to 25 hours per week. ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with WEBTOON community members and resolve their questions through our official support channels.Respond to incoming user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reportsFollow operational processes and procedures to address issues and maintain positive user support experienceStay up to date on new site features and improvements Work with other departments to track and resolve bugs and other technical issuesRequirements1-2 years' experience in community or user support.
