We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.\nThe Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, moving, distributing and resupplying, parts, frames, cushions, springs and other upholster parts and components according to which areas they are assigned.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nLive Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day\nReceives a variety of upholstery manufacturing parts and components and moves them to the appropriate area.\nDistributes and resupplies upholstery parts and components as required by the work area.\nAssists with loading/unloading trucks.\nPerforms other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including outside of their regular work area.\nOUR REQUIREMENTS\nRequires 6 months prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of upholstery product.\nMust be able to read the production tickets\nMust have adequate communication skills to interact with all other RHM team members.\nMust be able to multitask with minimal supervision.\nDetail oriented, able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nWhile performing the duties of this role, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.\nThe associate is regularly required to lift, carry, push, pull or grip up to 100 lbs.\nRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.\n\nAt RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
